Easy Dental Solutions Mailer
Easy Dental, practice management software, from Henry Schein, Inc. needed a direct mail piece they could send out to potential customers for lead generation. The piece needed to convey to Dentists why Easy Dental was the ideal solution for them. For this integrated campaign, Henry Schein wanted recipients to respond in one of three ways; call, web or mail back a detachable card.
The solution was to develop a mailer that when stacked in with other office mail, would ‘stand out’ from the rest of the pile. The mailer itself was roll-folded in a horizontal format so that no matter which hand was used the recipient would touch the call to action panel.
We also designed a campaign to appeal to three main points of a dental practice, Dentist, Office Managers, and Hygienist. Upon focusing on the three points, it increased the relevancy to the practice.
